DIGIMED

The main goal of the project

The goal of the project is education and exchange of experiences in the field of healthcare digitalization. Healthcare is a rapidly changing sector, and continual education is essential not only for healthcare professionals but also for the wider public. Education and the exchange of experiences strengthen innovation, improve the quality, and increase the availability of healthcare.

The subject of the project

The project is divided into two main activities. Firstly, it focuses on the exchange of experiences within the consortium and subsequently on educating both professionals and the wider public. DIGIMED enables mobility among partners, involving scientific researchers, IT specialists, as well as marketing and business departments to collectively promote adaptation to global trends in eHealth and personalized medicine. Within education, the project includes organizing educational events such as conferences and workshops, thereby promoting awareness of new trends in healthcare.

Project uniqueness

The uniqueness of the DIGIMED project lies in its comprehensive approach to the digitalization of healthcare, which is distinguished by the composition of the consortium, target group, and theme. Unlike traditional healthcare projects, DIGIMED connects various entities – from scientific researchers and IT specialists to marketing and business departments – to ensure multidisciplinary cooperation. This project focuses not only on professionals in healthcare but also on the wider public, thereby supporting general awareness and understanding of the importance of digitalization in healthcare.
