MEDIREX GROUP ACADEMY n.p.o. (MGA) as the applicant of the project is a non-profit organization focused on multidisciplinary, independent research and development in the field of biomedicine and the related support of education focused primarily on humanitarian biomedical directions. MGA is in close contact with academia. By combining theory with practical knowledge, it helps educate a new generation of scientific experts in the field of biomedicine. MGA experts provide consulting advice and professional guidance, as well as the possibility of conducting student scientific research, bachelor’s, diploma and doctoral theses at MGA workplaces. We create space for talented students at MGA during practical teaching or enabling direct contact between theory and practice. We organize courses in laboratory medicine, we are a workplace for practical education in specialization studies.

We have our own state-of-the-art laboratories and world-class equipment for outpatient screening, with the full patient pathway and continuous improvement in our DNA. The centre has partnerships with many laboratories around the world for tests and innovations, but Medirex a.s in Slovakia is our key partner in collaborating with us to provide the best possible prenatal screening and exceptional infertility services to our patients. Partner: Independent Medical Diagnostic Laboratory Kandilarov
(IMDL Kandilarov) is focused primarily on delivering a wide range of diagnostic testing to our patients. However, the laboratory also works in close contact with clinical research companies to conduct the necessary testing for their clinical trials, and through our digitised platform they are able to verify their results in real time, without the need of in person attendance. Our digital platform allows the medical institution that we work with to have direct access to their patients results, with some having the option to have them directly imported in their file of the patient.
